Sunday was our last day in the Calbris home. Roberto and Sarah woke early to leave, Eva helped them to the local train station. The rest of the family checked out and headed to San Sebastian on the northern coast of spain. Sarah and Roberto took the local train to Sants Barcelona and then took the high speed train to Madrid, the train goes 300 kph, and it’s a pleasure to ride. After storing our luggage at the Atocha train station we walked to the Museo Prada to see if there were Boco tickets, unfortunately the access was too late for us to use. We proceeded on to the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, where we spent several hours viewing their collection.We dined at a delightful restaurant in the Atocha area, drinking our last spanish wine in Spain and finishing with a cheese plate. We retired at our hotel, confirming with the family that they indeed arrived in San Sebastian.
